25.01.2022 Congratulations Lucy on passing your Trackwork assessment today!

25.01.2022 Desert Cowboy taking out the Cairns Jockey Club Horse of the Year. He’s an absolute gem to train, thank you to his wonderful owners Helen and Tony Yeates for giving us such a nice horse for the stable.

24.01.2022 The float gets to stay locked up this week, as we race on our back doorstep with a great team of runners. We've been racing with out much luck of late and are hoping the turn that around Thursday! Good luck to our amazing connections and riders!

24.01.2022 Racing at home on Friday with the team to have a line up of runners. Final fields will be released on Wednesday...watch this space!

23.01.2022 After a lacklustre day in Townsville Tuesday, the team is looking to bounce back with four very good chances at Atherton Saturday. We see the resumption of Sunny Cowboy, Uptown Toff and Salesman, while Beat It looks to continue his good form back up over the suitable 1400m! Good luck to all of our connections! Krysten will take the ride on all four runners!

22.01.2022 A nice upgrade to the Cairns Barriers for race day. Jumpouts held this morning, with Magic Desert Moon, Beat It and Rio pictured here!

22.01.2022 Lickety Lachie on his way to the gates!

21.01.2022 Extremely interesting day at Innisfail today. The track was upgraded after the first race to a Firm 2 so we scratched Desert Cowboy. Beat It was our first runner, first up from a spell got back off a hectic speed and made steady ground and will improve from the run. Salesman was our other runner and was more than impressive. Hats off to stable apprentice Krysten Swaffer for her incredible horsemanship after the saddle slipped badly at the 150m mark, she did not only an amazing job to stay on board but also to kick her feet out, sit up and punch him out for an impressive third. Thanks also to Scott Sheargold for his help taking care of Krysten after the post to help pull Maurice up safely.

20.01.2022 Congratulations to our stable apprentice Krysten Swaffer who today outrode her 3kg country claim. A treble today seen her surpass 25 winners in her first year in the saddle. Well done and we wish you continued success in the years to come

20.01.2022 A perfect morning for Trackwork. A big weekend ahead for the team with races at home Sunday.

18.01.2022 The boys were hard at work this morning helping Poppy!

17.01.2022 With carnival time just around the corner, the team is back in full swing today with a line up of runners! We have some great chances and some really nice horses resuming from a spell! Good luck to all of our connections and a special thanks to Bubba Tilley for making the trip up to pilot the team. Krysten's claim will come in very handy on her rides as well and a shout out to Masayuki Abe who unfortunately was injured on Saturday and cannot take his mount on Raffy - Masa has done all the work on this girl and she's ready to fire!

14.01.2022 Schill Rock You gets the money in Race Four bringing up a treble for Krysten!

13.01.2022 The team is loaded and on their way to Townsville for Cup Day. Sadly we don’t have a runner in the big one this year, however we head down with three very good chances!! Headlining the day is Southern Swing (pictured) in the QTIS Townsville Guineas. Along with Army and Sunny, the three boys will be in it up to their ears! Good luck to all our connections and let’s hope for a safe and successful day!

12.01.2022 Just the one runner making the long trip to Townsville today. Smokin' Tommy lines up in the first with Krysten in the saddle! He's coming off a great run in Cairns last start and we expect him to be right in the finish!

12.01.2022 The Cup Carnival kicks off with Ladies Day next week and the team has plenty nominated!! All we need now is some good draws and a bit of luck!

11.01.2022 Cairns Cup Carnival Day 2 - let’s go team!

10.01.2022 Today we farewell one of the stable favourites and most honest mares we've raced. Foxy Feline has retired from racing and will head to the breeding barn. She was a very consistent mare who successfully came back from double knee surgery, finishing out of the top five only three times in 26 runs for us! Thanks to her great bunch of owners, who we loved having around the stables and cheering her home on race-day. Enjoy retirement girl - you deserve it! Trev and the team.

10.01.2022 A huge day tomorrow for the team with Townsville hosting a bumper 11 race card! We have some great chances spread across the day, all we need is a touch of luck! Good luck to all of our wonderful connections!

09.01.2022 Divine Melody kicked off the day for the team with a great second!

08.01.2022 Craiglea Rafferty - ever consistent running another brave 4th!

08.01.2022 Salesman and Krysten making it two in a row last week in Cairns!

06.01.2022 Congratulations to our stable apprentice Krysten Swaffer on riding a winner and second at Charters Towers today! Putting in the hard yards and getting the results... very proud of her efforts!

05.01.2022 Racing at home on Friday with a great team of runners!

05.01.2022 Ready for a big morning

03.01.2022 Kumari learning to swim!!

03.01.2022 The floats loaded and we are on our way to Townsville with 3 runners. R1 #6 Smokin Tommy - S Wilson R4 #3 Southern Swing - S Wilson R6 #1 Arms Race - S Wilson... Good luck to all our connections!

01.01.2022 Salesman finally cracking it for a long overdue win! A great ride from Krysten and a great way to end the 2020 Carnival!

01.01.2022 Both horses have pulled up well after their runs in Cooktown. A credit to the committee and club for the way they proceeded with the meeting and the presentation of their track. Uptown Toff did the hard work taking the field up to the tear away leader and boxed on for fourth while Arms Race didn’t enjoy the sit and sprint in the cup, doing his best work on the line for third. Onwards and upwards to Townsville on Tuesday!

01.01.2022 Not often you get to see this. We were lucky enough to have Daydreamer and then breed and race Be Why Oh her first son. Here they are seeing each other for the first time in about 3 years, both now happily retired from racing and breeding duties living out their best life with Katie Everingham!
