16.01.2022 HEALTH UPDATE - COVID 19 It's business as usual here at Rowell and Searle Auto. We would like to advise our team are taking all necessary precautions in relation to personal hygiene to ensure your family and car are safe. We are on the count down to Easter Holidays and recommend preparing your vehicles for the break . This is also a friendly reminder that washing your hands is one of the ways to control the spread and by following the right way of washing your hands . Th...e WHO & CDC say the steps to washing your hands the right way are : Wet your hands with clean running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap and apply soap. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry (or use some of the excess toilet paper you now have ). If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contained at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry. Stay safe, wash your hands and stay at home if you feel unwell. 15.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE: Open from Friday 20th November with added safety precautions. The SA government has announced early this morning that motor vehicle repairs fall under the category of essential services for which you can leave your house. We are closed today (Thursday 19th November) while we were waiting for clarification, however we will be BACK OPEN on Friday 20th November and again Monday 23rd onwards. We will be contacting all our existing bookings to confirm or reschedu...le your appointments if you feel more comfortable. 14.01.2022 Another heavy duty transmission cooler being installed in our workshop. This time to a 2019 Mitsubishi Triton. Limited space under this hood, but we managed to squeeze the cooler in the front of the vehicle to get the best air flow through the cooler as possible. This Triton owner is now set to confidently hit the outback when everything is back open.
