08.05.2022 Just a reminder to all BAS clients, that the BAS is due by 28 February. I will be unavailable from 7 - 19 February, and possibly after that as well, so it is absolutely critical that you get your BAS work to me early!

28.04.2022 CLOSING FOR CHRISTMAS Due to some unexpected circumstances, this office will be closed from 5pm Wed 15 December, reopening on Tues 4 January 2022. To all my clients, I wish you the happiest of Christmases, and a bright and joyous New Year.

13.04.2022 The office is going to be closed today, and until 2pm tomorrow. Just found out there is a planned power outage here for part of the day, and i have to catch up on the mowing while the weather holds.

11.04.2022 The office will be closed tomorrow (Fri 26 November). We have a scheduled power outage for maintenance, which hasn't yet been cancelled due to the rain.

06.04.2022 THREE WEEKS TO GO!!!!!

04.04.2022 To all my valued clients: Thank you for your patience, while I deal with more of the stuff life dishes out. Things are still in upheaval here, but i will get work finalised and out to you as soon as I can manage.

18.03.2022 BAS DUE DATES: September BAS is due by 25 November. As I can only work limited hours at the moment, please get your info to me as soon as possible, so I have some chance of getting work completed on time.

11.03.2022 Due to unforeseen circumstances, office hours are going to be very random for the next couple of weeks. If you require anything, please email first, and I will reply as soon as I am able. My apologies for any inconvenience.

19.02.2022 A note about documents: I need to be able to read them - it's no good sending me things that are such tiny print that I need a magnifying glass. You should also check scanned documents to make sure they aren't blurred.

08.02.2022 This office will be closed Mon 4 - Fri 8 October, for some much needed R & R. I will check emails that week, but anything else will have to wait. The office will also be closed Mon 18 to Tues 19 October. I will be ignoring ALL communication for this one.

29.01.2022 Due to my current workload, I will not be taking on more work until the end of September. Clients can still send information through, but I will not be looking at it before then.

24.01.2022 From Monday 5 July, this office will be open Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 4.30 pm. On other days, if you need assistance, please email, and I will respond as soon as possible. Hoping this will enable me to pursue some other things I want to do.

23.01.2022 At the end of each financial year, I need time to tidy up administrative things, install new software, and plan the year ahead, for things such as professional development (a requirement of both my professional bodies, and the Tax Practitioners' Board). It's not a holiday, it's an important time to reset, and be ready to begin again. Unfortunately, thanks to a very small number of clients, I haven't had this time, which will mean delays in getting started in the new year. Already, I've had three enquiries about getting tax done and the year isn't even finished!

17.01.2022 Worth a look for anyone in small business.

12.01.2022 Apparently, Monday 9 August is a public holiday in these parts. Officially, the office will be closed: I may decide to work anyway, but no guarantee of that.

31.12.2021 DUE DATES June quarter BAS - due 25 August Taxable Payments Annual Report (to report payments to subcontractors) - due 30 August. If you are affected by these, please get your work to me as soon as possible.
