24.01.2022 That’s a wrap for Candance Australia and SA Stage Dancing Society competitions 2020 (tonight’s post still to come) But I’d just like to give a massive thank you to our amazing teachers for the past 9 days! It was a marathon competition and you were there supporting our students no matter what. You are so amazing and I can’t thank you enough Also a big thank you to the parents for all their support and effort to get our gorgeous dancers out on stage, they honestly could...n’t do it without you. They all made us proud and we can’t wait for the next one. But for now we are off to bed for some much needed sleep See more

21.01.2022 Our teachers will be ensuring social distancing during our lessons (all are covid trained and covid marshals) as well as wearing masks. Please let your children know that their teachers will be wearing masks, we want to make sure no one feels uneasy coming into class. Masks are not compulsory for dancers but are encouraged. We are doing our bit to help stop the spread. Our last uniform order for the year has arrived also, these will be available for collection at your lessons. An email regarding our concert will be sent this afternoon, so please keep an eye out.

19.01.2022 Here it is.... our 2021 Class Timetable UPDATED Back at the AUDITORIUM New classes, Teacher announcements and more exciting news to come very soon. ... Enrolment link will go up early Jan. You’ll notice we only have X1 class per age group at the moment and will split if we exceed numbers. Competition teams will be selected during term 1 and more information regarding this will be given during this time (no auditions this year) Please enrol into the appropriate age group class first and we will contact you if selected. Sadly we will no longer have Ballet or Cheer classes but are introducing a Vocal Musical Theatre class, which we are very excited about. Our very first singing only class yay!! We are also continuing our very popular Acrobatics and stretch & conditioning classes which will also be split into age and ability groups once enrolments are done. Baby dance will now be on Tuesdays after school at 3:30pm with the potential to do a Thursday day time class if requested. CSTD Jazz & Tap Exams will be continuing as per the students levels and more invitations to begin junior exams will be sent out in the new year. Friday’s will be kept for extra split classes, some comp teams and solo/duos. Looking forward to a successful and fun 2021 Please tag and share as emails are still being sorted

Kaylee Clark and Bonnie Parry received a special mention for their hip hop and contemporary solos. 16.01.2022 Yesterday, Madisan Nelson took out 1st place for her Broadway at @sa_stage Well done Madi! Today at @candance_australia_ Kaylee performed her Jazz and was the spookiest skeleton we have ever seen, well done Kaylee! Sarah and Lara also got the the chance to get their jazz duo on stage today and made us very proud. It’s extremely important that you sanitise upon entry and exit, kiss and drop and adhere to social distancing guidelines at drop off and pickup. New cases in our state means we need to be more vigilant than ever. Classes are running as per normal at this point in time

11.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the latest restrictions and Covid-19 outbreak, we will have to return to zoom for the next 2 weeks. This is completely out of our control and we are so lucky to be able to continue to dance through the magic of technology. We made it work before and we can make it work again. ALL classes will be via zoom (even acro and cheer). An email will go out soon with the details and codes needed. Thanks for understanding, stay safe and isolate when needed. Let’s help end this
