18.01.2022 Roxby Architects were recently asked to propose upgrades to a disused warehouse facility in Welshpool. I hope these few shots convey the beauty in this modernist industrial building designed by Hawkins & Allen in 1971, who were a part of that Gus Ferguson (think Curtin Uni) modernist movement in Perth. There was something very gothic about the light. All the shots are in full colour. The monochromatic interior was just the way it was. @ Welshpool
