24.01.2022 IMPORTANT I’ve had multiple phones this week that have been damaged to the point where the screen is freaking out & attempting to enter the passcode itself which leads to the phone being disabled. PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR PHONE IMMEDIATELY IF THIS HAPPENS! If your phone won’t turn off, bring it to me immediately to open & disconnect the battery! I will not charge for this. You don’t need to have me fix your phone at that time. You can bring it back at a later date or take ...it elsewhere. I just want to avoid this happening! iPhone is disable. Connect to iTunes There is NO WAY to bypass this. You must run recovery mode & RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTINGS. This will wipe everything that’s on the phone! If this message does appear on your phone, the only data that can be recovered is what is saved to your iCloud. Which brings me to my next point... ICLOUD I highly recommend saving all important data to your iCloud. If you need more storage it costs $1.49 per month to upgrade from 5GB to 50GB. Also, have iCloud Backup turned on. This will automatically backup your whole phone when it is locked, connected to power & wifi. Please share this & tag your iPhone owning mates!

18.01.2022 REPAIR AVAILABILITY If anyone is needing their iPad or iPhone repaired please get in contact ASAP. My availability will be very limited over the next few weeks due to my job onsite, Markets for my other business, Dance concert, Christmas pageant & other personal commitments. 11.01.2022 Hello! Yes, we are currently still open! Please use your common sense when dropping off & picking up phones/ipads for repair. Keep your distance. Do not come if you're in any way unwell. Have someone else bring your device to me or we can organise a safe drop in the letter box so we don't have contact. ... I have put extra sanitising measures in place such as always washing hands and/or using hand sanitiser before/after handling devices. Also extra cleaning of my work space. I will only be open for roughly another 5 weeks then will need to take a break for a few months as I'm due to have a baby in May. So if anyone needs devices fixed, let me know ASAP. Especially the kids iPads incase we're all trapped at home with them for an extended period of time Reminder: Eftpos or bank transfer are accepted for payment if anyone wants to avoid handling of cash.
