22.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE I would like to say a HUGE, gigantic sincere sorry to all of our @bohobrows customers, clients, MUAs, friends and supporters of BohoBrows. . Im going to be 100% honest with you all and say that customer service hasnt been the best this past year. Parcels havent been sent out as quick as normal, emails have been taking a while to answer etc. . This is 100% not a sympathy post but I feel I need to explain and let other people know who are suffering same... as I was. I have been in a very bad place for the last 12 months. My marriage of 23 years ended, I lost one of my salons and the worst thing was I nearly died twice this year with Sepsis (blood poisoning) due to severe kidney infection and also partial lung collapse. . So unfortunately it affected my mental health and I turned into an anxious wreck. Didnt think I was depressed but I was, some days I could not physically get out of bed and the thought of answering emails would give me the fear. So I am sincerely sorry for all this inconvenience on you all. Everyone thinks I have my life together but no one sees what goes on behind closed doors. . BUT there is light at the end of the tunnel. Over the last 2/3 months something inside me has changed and I am back to the old me! I have my passion back for my life, my businesses and for getting myself back to 100% healthy again. I may not be where I want to be yet but Im getting there. With all the love and support of my family and friends, god knows what I wouldve been like. I love you all. . So from the bottom of my heart I just want to say a huge sorry and apologise for the shit show thats been happening the last few months.
