21.01.2022 The Royal Hotel is delighted to introduce our NEW Head Chef, Thush Thilakarathna who joined us on Tuesday 12th September (pictured here with our apprentice chef Justin). Thush comes to us with a wealth of experience having been a valued chef at an AHA award winning hotel in the city. Fortunately for the Drouin community and the Royal Hotel, Thush and his wife decided to make a lifestyle change and relocate to the Baw Baw region. Over the coming weeks, Thush will be refining o...ur current menu and introducing some special new dishes.
