02.01.2022 An amazing and thoroughly engaging night lecture with Dr Brendan Nelson on his time in the Australian War Memorial and current projects and future directions they are going. A big thank you to Eryn Wilson, a grade 9 student from Coombabah State High School, who read aloud a poem relating to work they had completed earlier this year about WWI. Eryn and her teacher then presented this poem framed to Dr Nelson, who will be displaying it at the Australian War Memorial entrance for the next few weeks. Also a special thank you to Brig. Ian Errington for organizing this event as well. #RUSIQ #AWM A link to this lecture will be available shortly for people who were unable to make it. Thank you Tattersalls Club for hosting, looking after us and making all our members and guests feel so very welcome too.
