The Role We are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant | Administration Assistant to join our Jimboomba office on a full-time, permanent basis. This position supports the firm in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring that all new and existing Clients’ conveyancing requirements are delivered on time. The role ensures that new matters are opened expeditiously so that the conveyancing process can begin without delay. Core duties and responsibilities of the role include:- Drafting correspondence, transfer documents, precedents, and general documents. Contract review for the purpose of issuing Client letters. Inputting client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness on system. Speaking with clients, agents, law firms, banks, and brokers. Conducting property searches as required. Provide support to team to ensure conveyancing transaction is completed on schedule. Opening and closing files. The Skills Demonstrated experience in an administration/paralegal focused role. Fast and accurate typing skills, with Intermediate Word and Excel skills. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Dedication to produce high quality work. Strong work ethic and keen interest to learn. Friendly and positive attitude a must The Details Immediate start. Full-time basis between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
