01.01.2022 Royals have a big day ahead of us tomorrow with four of our CVL teams battling for a medal in both Gold and Bronze medal matches. Check out some of the highlights from our qualifying teams. See you there! Game times are as follows:... Gold (Reserve Women) - 9am - Royals White vs. Belconnen Black Bronze (Reserve Men) - 9am - Royals Blue vs. Royals White Gold (Premier Men) - 3:30pm - Royals vs. Belconnen #FearTheBlue

01.01.2022 *** IMPORTANT RVC TRAINING INFORMATION UPDATE*** (Apologies for the length, please read the whole thing!) Royals training will recommence on Wednesday, 3 June 2020.... Training sessions will be limited to 20 participants. Where we have more than 20 participants, sessions will be split. Please DO NOT show up to training without notifying us beforehand of your intention to attend!! Sessions will run as follows: Junior academy - Wednesday evening 6pm to 7pm (one parent/carer is welcome to stay in the venue provided social distancing is adhered to). Mens' training - Wednesday evening (first session from 7pm) Womens' training - Thursday evening (first session from 7pm) You will be asked to confirm attendance and notified of training times each week prior to training. During this time we are required to remain flexible and adaptable. Please keep an eye on Facebook and on your emails to ensure you don't miss your chance to register for training along with any important updates on the situation. Some guidelines for training: - Please do not turn up to training if you are unwell (this isn't just a "COVID-19" rule!), this is a general rule for training! If you are sick, notify your coach and take time to get better! - Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your session. The focus will be to "get in-train-get out" and social distancing is to be observed at all times. - Participants are required to bring individual water bottles to training. Please DO NOT SHARE water bottles. - Wash hands before and after training. Hand sanitiser will be provided. Please use it as needed! - Each playing group will have designated equipment (juniors, women and men). Ensure where there are two sessions that all equipment is wiped down between sessions (balls, top of net and posts). We will provide wipes for this purpose. Please DO be enthusiastic and excited about our Royals season, but please also be mindful of yourselves and others. The health and wellbeing of our community comes first and adhering to current restrictions is essential. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
