24.01.2022 In July 2017 the Walz Group won a project from BMA to decommission a trestle and conveyor from Hay Point Coal Terminal. Royal Wolf Townsville was able to supply over 300 brand new 20-foot shipping containers. Each container was loaded with dismantled steel from the old trestle over several years. Now the boxes are being shipped to Indonesia, where the steel will be repurposed for its next life cycle!... Seaway Group in conjunction with North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation (via its Port of #Mackay) was instrumental in arranging to ship the 308 containers with a weight of 6000 tonnes.

21.01.2022 Royal Wolf have recently engineered two containerised hydraulic hose dispensing systems for WesTrac Cat by customising 2 x 20ft containers into fully customised on-site hose solutions. WesTrac provides these solutions to mine sites, large construction sites and remote locations. The containers feature twelve retractable merchandising frames and counterweighting. They provide the perfect solution for site management of hundreds of high quality Cat hydraulic hoses. These units... were designed in conjunction with WesTrac Cat and manufactured by Royal Wolf at our Centre of Excellence in Brisbane. Rob Leis, WesTrac Business Development Manager (Hoses & Couplings), said Cat on-site hose solutions are the best in the world. They have to meet strict quality and safety standards set by Caterpillar and our customers. Reliable suppliers like Royal Wolf enable us to meet those standards and exceed expectations.

16.01.2022 Royal Wolf Townsville have teamed up with our Centre of Excellence team in Brisbane to deliver an office and air-conditioned kennel for a vet who has set up in Mt Isa. We have used caravan air conditioners for the kennels, which is a first, but they are perfect for the space. Both units came up a treat, and the client is very happy with the job!
