20.01.2022 Tabouli or Tabbouleh as it is sometimes called is one of the most well known and delicious Middle Eastern foods, made with parsley and mint salad that’s typically made with bulgar wheat or couscous. Parsley and mint make an amazing flavor combination, and paired with the rest of the ingredients here it’s really a fun dish to eat. 03.01.2022 At Rozana Avalon we are always introducing new and exciting dishes, experimenting with a mix of tradition and modern Mediterranean tastes. Our number one priority to take the local northern beaches community, on a journey making sure that each dish has a unique and delicious taste. Our latest cuisine is the Lubya Khadra with White Rice. Cooked tender shredded lamb mixed in white rice, it melts in your mouth, we will be serving the traditional delight all weekend so if your looking for something different drop in to Rozana Avalon this weekend. and as always thanks for supporting our Avalon small business.
