22.01.2022 . Diets, does this sound familiar? . Start new diet, get results for 4 weeks then results start to slow, diet becomes repetitive boring, you’ve done so well and now you deserve pizza/pasta/chocolate etc. .... . Now your weight goes back up a little so you get back into it, but your losses are becoming less and less, so you scramble to the scales everyday to see how much you’ve lost only to be letdown. . .
