16.01.2022 My eldest daughter spent her primary school years at Cape Byron Rudolf Steiner School. Then when I moved up the coast Mingkah, was in a new high school where she aced a math test, every answer correct, however, sadly her math teacher failed her for not showing the working out process, (she is so advanced that the teacher didn’t understand her efficient process where problems can be solved in two lines rather than 6 etc ..where she can see the answers in her head), it is cal...led whole brain learning. Mingkah is on the spectrum, her brain works faster than ours, that is why we think she is slow but she has already processed something faster than our normal time of processing data, if anything, she is bored and has difficulty articulating anything verbally, but she doesn’t miss a beat! .. Mingkah learned Vedic math, (speed maths) and Sacred Geometry from her father, Jain 108, an ancient syllabus which got taken out of the curriculum about 100 years ago, where math is a creative art like music, sculpture or painting etc it is about connection to our bodies, connection to nature and the universe. This whole brain learning is for both children and adults, dyslexic (creative intelligence), for people on the spectrum, homeschoolers, teachers, and for anybody in general. Thus this leads me to my announcement that Jain, our youngest daughter Aysha and I have co-founded the Jain 108 Academy Mingkah is the frequency holder for this project. We are overwhelmed with the global interest and demand for these eCourses and look forward to start pouring in a new global consciousness that will inspire our next generation of physicists, scientists, inventors, artists and so on. Mingkah’s way of being is as much a part of humanity as is the capacity to dream. Presume intelligence with all children adults with autism. Presume all of them are hearing you. written by Reenah Sun co-founder at jain108academy.com This post has been copied from a feed on my personal page . Interesting read so I thought I would share . 09.01.2022 One of Lisa Louise Zappino favourite things to do is Bowling . In fact she is a bit of a champion winning several cups and medals over her bowling career . Unfortunately as we are all in stage 4 lockdown here in Melbourne we can not go to the bowling alley . Yesterday we decided we can still bowl from home . We had a wee tournament in the backyard ! Yip and you guessed it ... Lisa took out the first prize ‘ So don’t get disheartened if you can not do your favourite thing just for now . Make your own games at home . Keep active and happy . We will return to normal very soon !!
