18.01.2022 Stop telling yourself that you can't do something! You can do anything you put your mind too. You have to believe in yourself! If you want results you need to show up everyday in every way!... How important is it for you to acheive your health and fitness goals? How important is it to drop kg's, lose bodyfat, become healthier and not even think twice what to eat because you know what is healthy for your body and you know what is bad and toxic and not serving you health wise. Have you achieved much this year? How good would it feel too rock any outfit you choose at Christmas time or another event coming up?? It's all up too you! It doesn't matter if you do 1 workout or more, if your eating healthy everyday and not over eating and doing what you can you will get closer but only if you are consistent, persistent and determined. You need to be in this frame of mind allllll the time. It isn't a sometimes thing when you have goals you want to achieve yesterday!!!

18.01.2022 Don't make a new years resolution Yes, that's right. While everyone else is telling you to embrace the new year, make your new year resolutions now ........... i'm telling you not to!... How many times have you voiced you resolutions at the start of January only to have thrown it all in a heap by the end of the month, leaving you feeling guilty, ashamed, like a failure (when we all know you aren't!) Why do resolutions not work? I believe it is because it is about GIVING something up ..... commonly for an entire year ... that's a long time! And more often than not they are unrealistic 'resolutions' anyway, so we are setting ourselves up for 'failure' as soon as the words come out of our mouth. Instead I want you to set your INTENTIONS for the year and make COMMITMENTS to yourself. Commitments to small goals. Intentions of what you need to do to make these goals happen Goals you can achieve. Small achievements that all in turn build up over the 12 mths to lead to greater success. Start small ........... Every day. You still have over 360 days to achieve something every day. So, what are your goals and intentions today? Here’s my tip: When you wake up each morning, grab a notebook and write out your intentions for this day. At the end of the day, check them off. That in itself is one achievement ticked off right there

07.01.2022 Don't be a slave to the scales. Yes they can be a good tool in keeping on track with your goals. Regular weigh in's (by regular I mean once a week or once a fortnight ...... not daily!) are great - but remember to take measurements as well, look in the mirror, take note of how your clothes are fitting. Not only that - how much more energy do you have, how happy are you? Scales can't measure this

07.01.2022 Its funny how we are programmed in a way that we think of 'weekdays' and 'weekends' as completely different days. We think differently, we eat differently, we train/move differently. Have you ever though why? Why do we do this, why can't we eat the same way on Saturday as we do Monday?... Why can't we train on a weekend? We CAN ........... you CAN! Happy Weekend!!

Janine Bench 52.5 Dead 100 Squat 72.5 Kristee Kemp: Bench 40 Dead 90 10kg PB Squat 55 Tash: Bench 42.5 Dead 80 Awesome work for her first ever 1RM testing Lisa Lownds: Bench 58.5 5kg PB Dead 115 Squat 90 Nicole Storie: Bench 50 Dead 92.5 Squat 70 Big shoutout to Nicole for her first testing in over a year, due to having a baby :) Still hitting the same number (2.5kg increase on deads and squats).
