17.01.2022 After 16 years I have made the decision to move on from R&R Care. Not quite a retirement but I plan to do a lot less than what my role for the last seven years has involved as the CEO of this amazing company. To say this has been a hard decision is an understatement. There are so many wonderful memories and I have had the privilege to have worked in something I have loved. Tomorrow is my last day and I want to thank all the amazing families I have gotten to know over the ...years. Thank you for the joy and privilege of sharing in your lives and the life of your sons and daughters. Your support, love, and feedback have all made me a better person. To all my work colleagues who share in my passion for people with a disability and have worked with me to support the goals and dreams for R&R Care. You are an amazing team and I have learnt so much from you all. To the wider community who have also come alongside to support what we do at R&R, my many thanks. I have had the most amazing opportunities and experiences, something I never dreamed this job would be when I started. Thank you everyone, its been wonderful. See more
