21.01.2022 It's been a good month of October getting myself back into fitness, after 3 months off. It's been hard, but my goal was as simply doing 3-5 training session per week. Even though I had a program, it wasn't about being program strict, as much as it was about getting the sessions in. And that, betweeen Kettlebell training, a few 3-5km runs and a few walks here and there... I achieved. More importantly however we finally launched the first dedicated group for Kettlebell Sport in Geelong. This is something that I've been thinking of doing for the last 2 years, as a specific way I can give back to the community (something I miss now I'm no longer a PT). But now the snowball has been pushed at least, and we're in a great position to grow going forward. Here is to getting Really Really Fit again!

09.01.2022 The past 3 weeks it's been a pleasure to teach members of the Be Strong Fitness Geelong some basic skills in Kettlebell lifting. Each Saturday it is a great feeling to be able to pass on a skill that's taken 5 years to develop. 06.01.2022 Really Really Fit in Miami: Really happy to have done 7 training sessions out of the 8 days here so far... 2 x 3km jogs along board walk... 2 x body weight fitness classes 2 x Kinetic Link Resistance training 1 x power walk along board walk Outdoor sessions I sweated so much as it was very humid here but all for the better. The pool and beach were great for cooling down! Here with one of my class instructors Val!
