15.01.2022 At last! The 2021 Beginners' is coming up! Starts May 8, 10-12 am for 6 Saturdays at St Faith's Church Hall, 4 Charles St Glen Iris. Wear a pair of soft soled shoes, so that you can feel the floor under your feet. Dress comfortably skirts, shorts, or loose trousers. $120 pay at venue at signup (cash or card) for 6 week course The course is for new dancers who wish to learn steps and basic dance formations that are the building blocks of Scottish Country dancing. You will ...be introduced to Jigs, Reels and Strathspeys (unique to Scottish Country dancing) and will learn a series of beginner friendly dances.
