25.01.2022 Speaking to a Member of Parliament yesterday and other's in our community it is concerning to hear that the average waiting time to see a mental health practitioner can be up to two months in Geelong. If you or anyone you know needs an appointment sooner please share my details. We are are all trying to work together to be here for everyone, especially during this difficult year.

Art Therapy is starting to get more media coverage and is very useful in dealing with emotions. No art skill required. Reach out if you need to talk to someone and want to improve your life in anyway. Love, peace and happiness to all.

17.01.2022 One of my first little sunflowers for the season. A tiny flower that brings so much joy just like mum's do. I'm a mum too and I know it can sometimes be really tough. We are all in it together and yet sometimes we feel so alone or don't know what to do and want to really ask for help or support but feel we can't. We want to cry, open up and talk but we feel we will be judged or even unsupported. We all know what it feels like to have no idea what we are doing and just wish we... could ask for help but we put our mask on and don't. Reach out to other mum's this week, ask a mum do you need some help or just be kind to a mum and if you don't feel you can do that, l'm always here to listen, at The Wellness Studio in my Sanctuary. Apologies to the men, your post is coming next week and l certainly haven't forgotten about you guys.
