25.04.2022 Seniors camp (Years 10 and Opens) commences tomorrow at Gold Coast performance centre. Students are to be at school no later than 8.15am. Hopefully it wont be too wet but bring gear for all weather!! Our opens squad will use the time in preparation for the upcoming Langer Trophy and the Year 10 squad for their Devere Cup campaign.
11.04.2022 Details for todays trial games in Year 10 and Opens V Mountain Creek at Dolphins. Year 10 Kick off at 2pm and Opens at 3pm. Students will be dismissed from venue after games.

25.01.2022 Big afternoon of Rugby League with the final round of the Struddys Cup fixtures today V Woodridge SHS. It has been a very successful competition for our junior teams with the Year 7 and Year 9 teams progressing through to the Grand Finals next Tuesday. The Year 7 team continued their wonderful season to date remaining undefeated with a comprehensive 60-0 win. Well done to the Year 8 boys who finished their year with a great 42-0 victory. The grand final awaits the Year 9 team now with their 42-10 win capping off a pleasing last few rounds to propel them into the big game next week. Well done to all teams and will keep you updated on details for next weeks finals.

23.01.2022 The Rugby League Excellence Awards afternoon was held on Wednesday, it was a great afternoon and an opportunity to celebrate the success and hard work of our teams and highlight some fantastic individual contributions as well. Well done to all our program members. Awards winners were: Year 7- Best & Fairest- Jairus, Best Forward- Nate, Best Back- Brady Year 8- Best & Fairest- Mereki, Best Forward- Jackson, Best Back- Tui Year 9- Best & Fairest- Zac, Best Forward- Ben, Best... This is a great achievement and well deserved for all the effort that this group has put into their training and performances throughout the year. 21.01.2022 Not the result we were hoping and working for last night at Carina for the opens in their Gee Shield Semi Final V Coombabah SHS going down 16-4. It was a close game all the way and the boys showed great effort and pride in their team and the school. We are incredibly proud of their achievements this year and with a large majority of the squad in Year 11 this year- look out in 2021!

12.01.2022 Friday was our last lesson with the opens Yr12 boys of 2020 as they are now on block exams. What a great year it has been with many more ups and downs than normal. Looking forward to seeing the team progress next year!

10.01.2022 Huge week of Rugby League coming up for our teams next week. On Tuesday our junior teams will do battle with Stretton College on our school oval. All games will have bearings on final placings in the Struddys Cup. Wednesday will see our opens team in a semi final appearance in the Gee Shield competition. This is a significant achievement for the schools Rugby League program and great reward for the hard work and commitment of the group. Should be a fantastic game and will keep you updated on spectators for this game.

06.01.2022 We are really excited to announce that the Rugby League Excellence Program will be teaming up with Glen Azar and the crew at Building Better Humans project in 2021. This is an area that we identified as being so important in developing our students as responsible, mature young people who understand the importance of their decisions and the ability and strategies to cope with set backs. It all starts in Week 3 at our Year 10 and Opens camp where Glen will take the group throug...h mental and physical sessions and debrief during the camp. All Rugby League Excellence members will be part of this amazing program throughout the year. We will be posting more information on this partnership- check out the podcast 'The Building Better Humans Project'.
