20.01.2022 Today, at RSL Women’s Auxiliary Congress in Albury, Leeton Delegate Carol Power, presented Pauline James, President CCWA, with a beautiful quilt made and backed... by Naomi McDougal of The Quilter’s Cut in Leeton. This quilt will go to one of the 18 International teams competing in the Invictus Games in October in Sydney. Well done Naomi and thank you! See more

11.01.2022 Handover of the Invictus Games Laundry Bags

11.01.2022 Community Day sorting laundry bags for Invictus Games October 2018 needed about 500 for 18 country's - 1345 turned up by generous RSL Auxiliaries and 137 bag...s made by Camden Country Quilters so the RSl donated some leftovers to local charities thank you. 69 labels where sewn on quilts we couldn't keep the labels up to the sewers. Special thank you to Kerry Jan Zelma Patty and a big Thank You to Sandra who bound near on 90% of the bindings that Camden Country Quilters made not to mention my quilts for our quilt show - thank you to the members that came today and your friends you bought to help it's true what they say many hands make light work - and a fun day had by all. Pictures are of Quilts made by Camden Country Quilters member's and friends plus RSL Auxiliaries with Pauline James President members and friends and Ray James Vice President of RSL New South Wales the bus driver today I didn't believe Pauline when she said she was bringing their bags in the RSL bust seeing was believing their wasn't enough room in the bus to take it all back home so still some here.
