Check them out here Water = 100% (if you have 100ml of water you are adding 100% into your water intake)... Coffee = 80% (if you have 100ml of coffee you are adding 80ml into your water intake) Decaf Coffee =85% (if you have 100ml of decaf coffee you are adding 85ml into your water intake) Tea = 85% (if you have 100ml of tea you are adding 85ml into your water intake) Herbal Tea = 95% if you have 100ml of herbal tea you are adding 95ml into your water intake) Milk = 78% if you have 100ml of milk you are adding 78ml into your water intake) Soda's = 60% if you have 100ml of soda you are adding 60ml into your water intake) knowing this just makes it easier to hit your daily water intake by adding them in.

12.01.2022 I speak a lot about being grateful, something I learnt of Charles Poliquin back in 2010. And over the past few days its made me realise the importance on a mother level. As a few days ago I managed to tear my meniscus and MCL (medial cruciate ligament) meaning Im on recovery for 4-6 weeks and have limited knee range. At first I became jealous of every single person that could bend their knee (silly I know). Then I realised that because of my daily CARs (controlled articu...lar rotations) Im probably in a better state than I could have been. Im grateful that I look after my joints, Im grateful to have the issues that I have because it makes me even more grateful when I dont have them. Finally, I remember an article years back asking them how they got through leg day. The response has stayed with me for well over 20 years and went something like Im lucky enough to feel the burning pain in my legs, that some people will never experience. People in a wheelchair would do anything to feel that pain so I embrace it So when I post that Ive injured my knee. Im not looking for sympathy. Im grateful for it.

06.01.2022 Weve finally moved into our house and its been a while since Ive done upper body CARs (controlled articular rotations). As you can see with the expression on my face, it was tough. These are daily practices that will massively improve your mobility, long term joint stiffness and with continued practice will serve you well if you continue to do them daily. Ill be honest, Ive had the space and the time to do them daily but I havent done them. Ive been doing my knee CA...Rs to sort my ligament tears and it has worked wonders. Especially when I told a local physio that I had a grade 3 MCL 5 weeks ago. He couldnt believe what I able to do in such a short time. Considering a grade 2 takes 6-8 weeks to do what Im doing is insane! The truth is I couldnt be bothered to do full body CARs. Even though I know the benefits of doing them daily. Why? Because we often prioritise Netflix, Facebook, Instagram and other sorts over whats actually going to help live a healthy, pain free life. Im as guilty as the rest for this and its all about how and what we focus our attention on. Whats the point in risking everything we have by moving to Australia when we feel stiff, achy, stressed and irrational. I could have done that back in the UK. Focus on what you want now for yourself, your family and how doing something as simple as this everyday for 10mins gives you freedom to move better. Run, cycle, reach, bend, twist and live better, healthier lives.
