23.01.2022 When entering the practice this week you will be issued with a face mask to wear and asked additional questions about your recent whereabouts. Where possible, please arrive a few mintutes before your appointment time to allow for this. If anyone comes to your appointment with you and does not have an appointment of their own, your guest must sign in using the QR code at the entrance. 10.01.2022 CHANGES TO TELEHEALTH BILLING EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2020 Due to the reduction in Telehealth funding from the Australian Government, we are no longer able to bulk bill GP Telehealth consultations for those patients who are on a Commonwealth concession card/under 16 or classified as being vulnerable to Covid 19. ... Normal fees will therefore apply to Telehealth consultations with a rebate available from Medicare. Payment at the time of consultation via credit card would be appreciated. If you have any concerns, please feel free to discuss this with your doctor at the time of your consultation. The temporary availability of Telehealth consultations has currently been extended until 31st March 2021. We appreciate your understanding.
