Ruah assists organisations and providers through the Quality and Safeguarding journey, plus much more. We apply a values-based, human rights approach (from compliance to quality) so, ultimately, services are supporting those with disability to take their equal and authentic place in society.

13.01.2022 As we work through the new Quality & Safeguarding Framework I must say I’m curious as to how off the shelf packages work for providers delivering more than one service type. There are many layers, considerations and nuances, particularly when services and organisations are now being challenged to think very differently to the old models of support if they are to achieve and maintain registration. The wonderful aspects of the new Practice Standards include a shift from compliance to outcomes. So my curiosity peaks as I contemplate how to apply an off the shelf product. Are they adaptable enough to capture and measure authentic, positive outcomes? What are your thoughts or experience?
