20.01.2022 Thanks to all those beautiful clients I saw in Tasmania. Some truly lovely people A great conference, made me realise how pure intent is so very important. Its amazing how people like to use there fear in attacking others for control ... My summary is to be pure in your thoughts and actions at all times. If you display fear your purpose will become a negative. I caught a terrible bacteria in lungs, somewhere maybe its time to take some time out So listening to the rain fall while resting up how can you feel unwell but Im lying here with warmth in my heart knowing and praying those who need a drench are getting some hopefully. For those that would like an appointment Im back in murwillumbah, you can book online

19.01.2022 1. Green Tea. Green Tea is one of the worlds most popular beverages. It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body, including improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and inflammation-fighting properties. Green tea is also the least processed of all the predominant types of tea: green, black and oolong.... 2. Pistachios (Organic) A 2009 study found that bioactive compounds in pistachio, and molecules present in pistachios, have anti-inflammatory properties. Pistachio oil decreases levels of an inflammatory marker known as lift-2. Pistachios are nutrient dense and provide protein, fiber micronutrients, plant sterols, gamma-tocopherol and other phytochemical compounds, including flavanoids and phenolic compounds. Overall, they are an excellent weapon in the war against chronic joint inflammation. 3. Kiwi (organic) The Kiwifruit is a small fruit approximately 3 inches long and weighing about four ounces. 18.01.2022 Citrus fruits are chock full of all kinds of vitamins and nutrients. Oranges, for example, are stuffed with vitamin C, which helps stave off colds and flu, lowers the risk of any number of illnesses and helps protect your kidneys. Limes help defend against sickle cell anemia and improve heart health. Grapefruit, bred in the 18th century, are low in calories and high in vitamins A and C Lemons are another terrific citrus fruit. They can help treat throat infections and indiges...tion, alleviate constipation, relieve respiratory disorders and cholera, tame high blood pressure and provide benefits for healthier skin and hair. Indeed, lemons have been known for various therapeutic properties for generations, especially their qualities for strengthening the immune system. But perhaps one of the most important health facets of lemons is their ability to stave off various cancers. As Natural News has reported, researchers have found links between lemon rind which contains up to 10 times the amount of vitamins and nutrients as the actual fruit itself and dramatic reductions in the incidence of certain cancers: The peel also impedes tumor proliferation according to a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. Likewise, research in the journal of Nutrition and Cancer found a striking reduction of squamous cell carcinoma in those who ingested citrus peel, compared to participants who only consumed the juice. The team believes these findings are due to the concentration of d-limonene oil in citrus fruit rinds a known inhibitor of breast, lung and colon cancers.

This helps stimulate T3 and T4 hormone synthesis. Licorice Root Licorice root can benefit the thyroid and adrenal glands for people who have low cortisol (adrenal fatigue). Reishi Mushroom Reishi mushroom is a good source of selenium, and it has a ton of other benefits including boosting the immune system. Schisandra chinensis This is another adaptogenic herb that helps the thyroid and has many other health benefits. Selenium Selenium is the major cofactor for the key thyroid enzyme 5deiodinase. This enzyme converts T4 into T3 and can help normalize the thyroid hormone balance. Zinc A zinc deficiency has been shown to inhibit T3 production. Zinc also contributes to immune modulation, which may reduce thyroid antibody levels. Additionally, like selenium, zinc also contributes to 5deiodinase activity. Iodine A lack of iodine inhibits the bodys natural detoxification, leads to cancer cell growth, and causes hypothyroidism. The thyroid absorbs iodine and, in doing so, replaces other toxins it has accumulated. Its also important to avoid excessive iodine intake for anyone with Hashimotos or hyperthyroidism. As stated above, we highly recommend that any iodine consumed come from whole f

How to Make an Herbal Infusion Hot infusions draw out vitamins, enzymes, and aromatic volatile oils from leaves and flowers. A few good herbs for hot infusions include Chamomile, Holy Basil, Ginger, Nettle, Peppermint, and Skullcap. To Make an Infusion: Scoop 1-3 tablespoons of dried herb into a strainer. Heat 1 cup of water until it just comes to a boil. Place strainer in your cup. Pour hot water over herbs and cover to keep the essential oils from escaping. Steep for 15 minutes to 1 hour and strain.

06.01.2022 What a year a day. 4 years at Chillingham public school last night hosted the Christmas caroles and 3 years before that also president of p &c for 3 years. Thank you for the flowers at our presentation they were lovely. But a big Thankyou from the guy , you know who you are who stopped me in the car park and personally said hay thanks for all your support at the school. We do things because we want to but when someone comes up and acknowledge s what you have done. That is a ...great feeling a personal Thankyou is so nice to recurved. Moral of the message it doesnt take long to stop look at someone in the eye and say thanks. For me that guy made my 4 years nice. All the best as now I have signed of in these roles and Chloe and myself look forward to another chapter. Sometimes if we dont make change when we need to we could become stale. Food for thought. Thank you Chillingham school and thank you mr See more

03.01.2022 Do you ever sit back at times and just watch people in a crowd and feel your the black sheep. Or do you just do every day and not stop and look about what is happening around you. Ive been doing every now and again and I do feel that my morals could be placent but Im not going there example. Little things add up to big things right or wrong is the moral of this story. How many wear jeans with keepers and dont wear a belt( not me) I dont know about you but respect I feel... of self worth when I put on that belt Wearing hats in side a building ,no respect Chewing gum in front of you while speaking People ask how your going while walking past you . The old fashioned hand shake, where is that? Children that keep interrupting you while talking Being on a phone when your child is wanting to share the moment Not doing your hair before going out Turning up to a friend s place with out a cake ect Fully engaging in a conversation Acting badly in front of your child by not doing what your preaching I dont know but is life going so fast that we are sacrificing our morals Not me Im keeping mine. Its about thinking you have to make more friends and do the cool thing maybe again not me . My morals I try and teach through my actions so I can teach my children RESPECT

01.01.2022 Wow this full moon has left many not sleeping, ringing in the ears, tired and a feeling of running and still not achieving. Well your right the vibration has shifted globally. If you need to re ground sleep with head north and feet south for two weeks. Stand on a whore rubber backed mat 1st thing in the morning for 1 minute and last thing before you go to bed. No cold liquids before bed and a nice strong chamomile tea with a little honey. This should help assist in feeling more grounded.
