16.01.2022 To Our Wonderful Clients, To give you some reassurance at this time, we wish to advise you that it is business as usual here at Rub, yet with some extra precautions. As massage therapists, we always practice high standards of hygiene, however we have put some extra measures in place. Please find below some of the steps we are taking to ensure we are complying with all health and safety standards with all of our treatments:... All towels and linen are professionally cleaned and fresh linen is used for each treatment. The massage table and other surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant after each treatment. Our massage therapists wash their hands before and after each treatment. Extra Measures: Hand sanitiser is now available for you to use before and after your treatment. All therapists are self-monitoring and will not come into work if experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, or if they have been overseas or interstate in the last 14 days, and we expect the same from you. You may be asked some extra questions about your health and travel history. Door knobs, chairs, eftpos machine etc. are wiped down between each treatment. Eftpos tap and go is the preferred payment method. We don’t charge a fee on cancellations, so we would prefer you to reschedule if you are feeling unwell. We stagger our bookings so that it is usually just yourself and the therapist in the waiting area at one time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We hope to see you soon in our (much needed right now) calm space and we hope that we can assist you in de-stressing in these most trying of times.
