25.01.2022 A stair and landing replacement we did just last week for the local council. The old steps are in the first few photos and as you can see weren’t meeting compliance, so we designed a new set that met compliance fabricated them in our workshop and installed them on site. The steps also have anti-slip nose strips on them for extra safety. #generalengineering #welding

23.01.2022 6500kg Tri-Axle trail feed cart we recently completed for a customer! All fabricated in our workshop - Bin is fabricated out of 2.5mm mild steel with a 50/50 split. Roughly about 75 bag capacity. - Electronic actuators with a 4 channel wireless remote for ease of use from the cabin of the Ute. -This feed cart is running a simplicity axle load sharing setup to create longer lasting components over the rough terrain. 17.01.2022 Was an absolute pleasure.. head out to Hay, Booligal or even Maude and get some happy snaps since October of 2019 these masterpieces have been in the pipeline for fabrication and installation. Finally all three are installed and looking great. Thanks to Hay Tourism and Hay Shire Council for allowing us to be a part of this project.

17.01.2022 Ferrets New Workute! New NP300 Nissan Navara. This would have to be one of our better fit outs and we absolutely loved the build. -Custom steel Ute tray, kitted with a 150L headboard diesel tank with a secondary filter in between... -dual 3 inch headboard with a 3 inch rear rack. -slide out trundle draw at the rear - 2 x 950mm underbody boxes with and infill to close the rearward gap. -full alloy guards to really finish the base off - 950mm 3mm alloy canopy to sport all those special tools and extra stock. Being electricians they chose a Rolla-case draw system for all there stock parts they keep onboard from job to job. With the ability to pull the cases out this was a huge bonus. The canopy was wired with internal work lights and rearward facing worklights Incase of those latenights or early mornings. - inside the canopy is the dual battery system which supports all the accessories including the inverter to charge power tools, the yet to come fridge and the power for many more future accessories. -all powdercoated in Nissan white to really finish the Ute off. . . . . . . . . . . . . #nissan #navara #np300 #rubertoengineering #redarc #electrician #loveyourjob #ledautolamps #powdercoating #rohwheels

10.01.2022 Jack supplied his own original dog box and oversize sign then we had to do the rest. We incorporated a headboard diesel tank into the tray and made the headboard shape/angles match the dog cage, fitted some 950mm tapered boxes, a undertray slide out draw then we had a Spray painter come in and colour match the few bits and pieces to the Ute colour after they were powder primed. Wired up the oversized sign along with a fresh hit of powdercoat and away this Ute went just before harvest. In a couple of weeks it will be back in for a 1100mm alloy canopy

07.01.2022 We’ve been a bit slack on the socials, but the work has still been pumping out! We’re busier than ever and loving it. 2 x LC79 single cabs heading to Coleambally for Jacko’s earthmoving! White on white looks super clean and slick! Our logo is now cut into the doors of our underbody boxes which we think has added a special touch. We’re always looking to innovate and change our design for a sleaker look and more user friendly. In the coming months we are looking to release a new tray design on our demo Hilux, it has been in the pipeline for some time but we want it to be just right. 06.01.2022 We had the pleasure of drawing the basics of this job for JM Building Services before they tweaked it and brought it to life. Was a pleasure to help jack and his team and work along side them. We fabricated the roof trusses in our workshop and helped install them and watched it come to life. Dave at hay bowling and golf club hit us up to build some aluminum Louvred screens for the new smoking/gaming room and we grabbed the opportunity to mix up our workload. Stage one is complete. Northern screens to come in the next few weeks. We cannot wait to see it for now enjoy the new outdoor deck!
