So we have a few older girls ready to head to retirement in back yards... Get in touch if you need to add some hens to your menagerie. Can you let us know where you love to find our eggs? 10.01.2022 On my benchtop today... The last of the zucchini and tomatoes pulled from the patch this morning. So many snails out there! @thediggersclub is going to have to give me a hand getting on top of the little blighters! Morning coffee with my @rokcoffee and daily dose of gorgeous chaga and reshi from @superfeast. Gifted apples and flowers from @extremeflorist, with some stolen hakea. I'm busy saving flower seeds to strike again in the spring. Are you doing all the autumn thin...gs? Foraging for mushrooms? Preserving? Would love your ideas for an over abundance of gifted pumpkin (which I never have much luck in storing all winter - slaters are abundant here!), favourite mushroom recipes and zucchini recipes?! - - lay them on me! What's on your benchtop today? I'll be here, 60 days into staying home with the kids remote learning and getting all the jobs done, wearing so many hats everyday. Xx See more
