01.01.2022 It's been a while, but now that I'm settled in my new home in Melbourne, I'm ready to start baking again. I've had a long break, but still find myself scrolling through images of amazing cakes on Instagram, to watching YouTube tutorials almost everyday, I knew I couldn't stay away for too long. The hard bit is going to be figuring out how to juggle a full-time job, my new roller derby team (VRDL) skating, having a social life, and baking! Any tips???
