Your experience at Port Arthur is not complete until you have seen history come alive. For $10 per adult, any accompanying children under 18 are free. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase on site.... Renown Tasmanian String Quartet Chrysantha perform in the spectacular Government Garden Sunday 13 February 4pm 6pm, come and enjoy some classic music brought by the Chrysantha String Quartet in the spectacular Government Garden. $20 per adult and $10 per child. Picnic package available for purchase for $30. Or do it in style and get a VIP ticket, access in prime viewing and listening position within the Government Garden including a Gourmet Picnic pack and sparkling wine for $75 (minimum 2 pax). Perfect way to celebrate St Valentine’s Day. Summer Makers’ Market With an incredible array of makers, producers, artists and creators from the turrakana/Tasman Peninsula region, you are sure to find something for yourself, your shelves, your loved ones and even for you lunch. On Sunday 13 February from 9am to 1pm, come and meet the talented artist, producers and artisans at our Summer Makers’ Market. 1830 Restaurant and Bar 1830 Restaurant and Bar is currently open from Wed to Saturday from 5pm for dinner. With breakfast resuming daily from 8am on Monday 7 February and Sunday dinner back in service from Sunday 20 February.

Remarkable Cave has become a must see destination, and this upgrade provides improved safety for those using the stairs. The works follow the completion of improv...ed infrastructure at the Tasman Peninsula site including new parking; more efficient and safer one way roads; a new coastal viewing area with improved accessibility; cave viewing area improvements and a renovated toilet.
