04.01.2022 So with diet being such a large component of being healthy what are some of your favourite healthy meals or snacks? One of ours is OVERNIGHT OATS 1/3 cup rolled oats... 1/3 cup milk [depending on how thick you like it] 1/3 cup plain yogurt 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp of LSA (linseed,sunflower,almonds) Pinch salt Directions Stir everything together in a bowl. Place in fridge overnight. In the morning top with something crunchy like nuts or some berries.
