25.01.2022 Rudd's is looking for a tow truck operator to drive our Mitsubishi Crane/Lift truck! No days the same. We cover anything from cars bike boats to automated robots. This truck is used for cars, underground car park recoveries and accidents.... You will be required to liaise with customers, be self motivated and job focused. Great communication is a strong advantage Towing experience is a huge advantage, but willing to train the right candidate. 2 nights on call per week and 1 weekend every 3. We are looking for someone with an industry authority or willing to obtain. Abn is required Please email resumes through.

18.01.2022 A very lucky driver escaped serious injury today when the truck they were driving hit a guard rail. Three of our experienced operators attended the scene to recover the rolled flat bed truck. 2 of the southbound lanes on the Bruce Highway were closed for a short period of time while the recovery took place.

13.01.2022 Last week we recovered an unlucky motorist vehicle from the ocean at Beachmere. We had to anchor the vehicle during the rising tide and put marker buoy's to prevent boaties from colliding with the submerged vehicle. Once low tide hit, we then recovered the vehicle from the flats.

08.01.2022 At approximately 11:30pm last night we received an urgent request to recover a vehicle that had left the roadway and ended up in the ocean. We immediately dispatched a recovery team to the location of White Patch Esplanade on Bribie Island. At the time of the call it was advised that the vehicle had drifted roughly 10-15metres from the causeway in which it entered, with this information we dispatched to the location Jamie in our Specialised Recovery Unit, equiped with a 9t c...rane arm, and Andrew in our Recovery Tilt Tray. Along with a JetSki to reach the vehicle safely. Upon arrival to the scene, the rising tide had pushed the vehicle back against the causeway. Recovery efforts began shortly after arrival to ensure the vehicle did not cause any environmental impact.
