Triple Smashed Patties: 50/50 Blend Of Wagyu/Wild Free Roaming Australian Camel With Triple Cheese, Raw Onion, Pickles, Ketchup, Mustard I'm always keen to broaden my food horizons and was very intrigued at such a unique style patty. Something so unusual can be a gamble but this food experience left me with no regrets! Knowing camel was a leaner meat, I was surprised how juicy the patties were and enjoyed the slight texture variance it gave the beef when combined. As seen, they still held the quality of Rude Boy's famous smash level with a delicious crispy edging all round Very tasty patties that I'd describe flavorwise as majority beef with a nice lamb tinge which was complimented nicely with triple cheese and the classic cheesy basics. Overall, cooked and presented perfectly. Slightly heavy on the mustard but everything else ratioed well for a very enjoyable burger that I'd happily eat again -4.5/5 Highly recommend @rudeboyburger who have solidified a spot in my Top 5! Every visit has been a memorable one with great staff serving high quality, amazing burgers from an extensive menu which includes vegetarian and vegan options. Love the off mainstream creative mind of the owner, Franco who speaks so passioniately of his menu and future food ideas with a strive to always improve and impress. Looking forward to what he comes up with next!
