13.01.2022 It’s with a heavy heart that we have to say farewell to one of our previous coaches James Dunn. James son Arthur was a Rugbytot and James offered to help me out coaching. I continued my relationship with James at GPS where we each coached our children’s teams. Unfortunately last week James was hit by a car while riding his bike and passed away last Friday. He leaves behind a wife, two sons and a daughter. A Gofundme page has been raised to help with future costs for his family. James was a passionate man helping many people within the community and will be sorely missed

02.01.2022 Hey everyone It’s coach Nick here! Just a video below detailing the importance of diet and nutrition in your young children’s lives. The video provides a brief snapshot of how much water your child should be drinking and what type of foods they should be eating. If you have any further questions don’t be afraid to send through a message! Stay safe and hope everyone is well!... Summary: - drink 1.3-2L of water every day - fruit, muesli bars, rice crackers etc make great snacks for your children to give them a short energy kick - carbohydrate based meals are ideal for the major meals of the day ( pasta, rice, grain dishes etc) to keep your child feeling energised and happy!
