13.01.2022 Evening Everyone !! Todays classes will not be on today due to some facility difficulties, I apologise for any inconveniences. Stay cool today and hydrated in this heat !!... In the meantime here is a shadow boxing workout you can perform at home warm up with 50x each type of punch with 20 weaves and slips before starting the next punch perform each combination for 1 minute straight with short rest breaks enough to go into the next combination for another minute until you finish the list. So in total it will be a 15-20 minute workout nice full body stretch and core and hip twisting burn. to finish off perform the following 1-5-3-3 x 40 2-6-4-4 x 40 make sure to whip and twist those hips first for power and keep those legs and abs tight to avoid falling over !!!
