15.01.2022 We’ve had quite a few questions about our Christmas menu, so here’s a little more information about what we are producing Hams are from free range female pork, maple cured and lightly smoked so you don’t just taste smoke, as I’m not a fan of those really dark coloured hams. All our turkey is pasture raised Quast turkey from Kootingal NSW, I’ve used it for the last 5 years and I reckon it’s the best you can buy. ... All our pork is, Linley valley & Plantagenet free range female pork, specifically chosen on the fat depth and size, for beautiful flavoured pork with great crackling. All chicken is from Mt Barker, our chicken supremes are a boneless whole chicken with sage and onion stuffing and rolled for easy carving, at a finished weight of over 2kg for $23.99each a great addition for a little extra left overs for Boxing Day. We have been extremely busy, if you message us we will get back to you, otherwise you can ring us, 9394 0804 WE WILL close Christmas orders early this year as we are expecting 400 plus orders and already have over 250, please come down during this week and place your order.
