22.01.2022 A huge congratulations to Josie. Running her second virtual GOR half marathon this morning. Wanting to break her 5 min per km, and did it with ease. Been training and trained with Josie for years and its great to see someone achieve their goals. Bring on the next goal.

19.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone. Thank you all for your support throughout 2020. Looking forward to much more fun over 2021. To promote Run About Bendigo, for the first week of January (1st - 7th) I am offering a free weeks trial for new attendees. Please feel free to refer a friend/friends-they just need to message the page and are welcome to trial as many sessions as they like over the free trial period. I really appreciate the positive word of mouth I am hearing.

14.01.2022 Woohoo, we are back. As of 11:59pm Wednesday night, group sessions return to 10 people. So that means 6:00am Thursday run session is back on. Also Thursday night Group Fitness at 5:30pm plus the standard Saturday Group Fitness sessions 7:30am & 8:30am. All these sessions are limited to 10 people so please be sure to book in :)

13.01.2022 Great seeing everyone complete their GOR distance or just their Sunday Long run. Hard not being able to do group sessions etc, but very happy that everyone gets out there and runs solo or with a partner. Well done everyone :) Few PB's this weekend too, even better :)

07.01.2022 One massive Bootcamp tomorrow at 7:30am for Boxing day. Burn off a few of those extra calories put in today. Looking forward to seeing you there.
06.01.2022 There is nothing I like more then proof that training is working. Here is 4 runners, 3 months apart. Loving the improvements and you all smile while doing it. It represents more then just running a big distance on the day. It shows hours of hard work and dedication, that you're head strong and put effort into your well being & health. Remember improvements in fitness/running are never linear. But over time it trends in the upward direction when you stick at it. If it was eas...y everyone would be fit and ripped. If you have a goal I am happy to help you get there.

01.01.2022 Due to high demand and a class capacity of 10 I will be offering runners strength 5pm Tuesday's & 5pm Wednesday's . Tuesday night Bootcamp will temporarily be moved to 6pm. This will give everyone the opportunity to get a spot at runners strength. Preference will be given to anyone who hasn't got a spot however you are more than welcome to attend both days if there are spaces available so don't hesitate to try to book.
