25.01.2022 Thanks Dutchy for the mask. I actually was not ever expecting to need to wear it, but it got its maiden voyage on my trip Brisbane to Darwin and now I am in forced isolation here. Fortunately I have a good friend who appreciates my need for my favourite coffee #run4blue #run4blue_au #heartandsolesvirtualrunning #fightingptsdvicpol #shinedesign #fisiocremaustralia #rundownunder #ntpoliceassociation #rma #thinblueline #thinbluefamily #policelegacy #wartonstrategic #pcu

24.01.2022 Good morning all, Dutchy here and just checking in to see if Tammy and Nat have revoked my admin rights and it appears not. One day they will. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas for what a year it has been.... Hopefully everyone is looking after themselves and please remember to speak up if you need assistance. No doubt the ladies are starting to plan the run4blue event for May 2021 and I look forward to keep us Victorians on top of the ladder for registrations to help support all the police legacies around Australia. Keep safe and don't forget donuts are good for you. Dutchy

21.01.2022 When singlets become dresses on an overzealous 5 year old While we wait for our ladies merchandise to come we have decided to sell the stock of kids sizes that we have. The store will open in the coming days. We have a select number of KIDS SIZE 8,10,12 singlets, t-shirts and long sleeved tops at hand ready to be shipped as soon as order received. Some of our stock will be donated to some young legatees as well ... Our not so keen models yesterday did have a bit of a giggle with me sorting into piles.

19.01.2022 Look after each other

18.01.2022 Today, I felt like Charlie out of Charlie and the Chocolate factory and the owner George Argiriadis is my Willie Wonka. This morning I helped organise a photo s...hoot for Constable T bear from the Blue Ribbon Foundation to be security of the factory so why wouldn't I grab the opportunity to pop in also and see how the magic happens. George took us on amazing journey around the huge factory where I watched how a beautiful donut comes to life. Who would think that 6,000 dozen donuts are made a day, every day of the year. So really I don't eat as many as I thought. For those that don't eat donuts, they also do apple cakes, savoury items etc. Always a pleasure to catch up with George and if you are ever in the area pop in and say Dutchy sent you. Tomorrow there will be a post on the Blue Ribbon Foundation and #fightingptsdvicpol page to the days event with Constable T bear. And yes I ate a 4 pack. Couldn't have been any fresher.

18.01.2022 State Totals are in the photos! Scroll through and check out the amazing efforts by all! Thank you again to everyone that participated, donated, shared, walked, ran, swam, cycled, rode horses and harrassed their families and friends to do their bit too.

16.01.2022 New Year’s Eve running.. why not?! Wild Earth’s New Year’s Eve Resolution Run - Gold Coast So immensely proud of the kiddos! Not only did I get them in their Run4Blue tops...... Jayden and Tahlia did the kids 1km dash Mikayla and Warren the 4km run And I was silly enough to do the 8.5km Having not done much running throughout 2020 for various reasons, it was slow and painful but so grateful to have been able to support this local event! Needless to say, the rain was welcome, although but didn’t bring the evening to an abrupt end! Was so nice to see so many of the running community out supporting this wonderful event. Thanks to Steve and the crew (especially the volunteers) who put on this event.. put it on your to do list!! Added bonus of a Garmin Badge Wishing everyone a safe New Year! To those working... look out for each other.. we will see you in 2021!!

09.01.2022 We are a wee bit excited to announce: On Episode 4 of The RMA Podcast I talk to two amazing women, Tammy Watson from QLD and Natalee Cunningham from Perth. We discuss how connection, passion and purpose brought these women together to form Run4Blue, a virtual event sweeping our nation which aims to provide funds, awareness and support to our past and present police officers and families through Police Legacy Australia. We discuss their journey to finding running, their chanc...e connection through RMA, and how this evolved into creating the vehicle of Run4blue and the impact that in at it has on community. We also discuss Tammy and her cancer journey, and how running not only unites us, but gives us purpose. We also discuss how connection often takes us on a journey that you never thought you may travel, but sometimes it leads to the greatest adventure. You can find our podcast on Apple podcasts and Spotify. https://podcasts.apple.com///the-rma-podcast/id1524199654

01.01.2022 Well today I Ran 4 Blue. In typical Nat style I got lost on track missed a check point ran out of water and saw 2 snakes. I had to get rescued from the course as I was really concern about my lack of hydration and then they dropped me 1km from the finish line and told me to go finish what I started finished 43kms 10kms short of the distance. I’m disappointed but I’m still happy with my effort. Keep plugging away peeps
