21.01.2022 Sorry guys, no group PT this Monday

21.01.2022 Hi, whilst I have spoken to most of you personally, I need to make everyone aware that a new opportunity has arisen which means that I will no longer be offering coaching nor Personal Training services as of next week, week commencing 7th December. This has been a very difficult decision for me and one that I have not taken lightly but one that works better for me and my family. Thank you to each and every one of you for your support over the last 18 months. I have loved work...ing with you all and I wish you all the very best for the future. I am hoping that you will continue to meet on a Tuesday for hills and Thursday for speedwork and I will create two messenger groups for you to keep in touch as you have forged some great friendships and it would be lovely if you continued to train together.
