24.01.2022 Make Time to Relax Sunday may be a great day to plan for a productive week, but it’s also the last day to relax before the workweek. Because of that, I make sure to set aside some time to relax on Sundays! For us, that usually means finishing up our productive tasks earlier in the morning so we can just enjoying the end of our weekend.

Beetroot-Carrot-Apple Juice Ingredients Of Immunity Booster Juice 300 gms beetroot 300 gms carrot 100 gms apple 1/2 tsp lemon Ice cubes (for chilled and cold servings) salt (optional, according to taste) How to Make Immunity Booster Juice 1.Cut the beetroot, carrot and apple, and squeeze out the juice in a juicer. 2.Blend it well and strain it to remove all the fibres. 3.Add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste. 4.Mix it and serve.

16.01.2022 "The benefits of having a fitness plan" Embarking on a new exercise program without a fitness plan is a bit like trying to drive in a foreign country without a map, without a proper fitness plan, your workouts might not lead towards your end goal. Remember when you are either starting off or getting back into a regular fitness routine you need to establish your WHY! Having a purpose will help you stay on track of your health and fitness goals. Also, establishing a fitness p...lan eliminates the danger of falling into an "I'II do it tomorrow" I know I have done so myself. Once you start putting the plan into practice, you'll see that having simple, achievable steps laid out in front of you helps motivate you to succeed. One of the first steps in creating a fitness plan is to establish your long-term goals, then simply break them down into smaller, achievable goals. I always think of your fitness plan as a blueprint for success. Every time you achieve you one of your goals, you're passing a milestone on the way towards your long-term goal. Remember that feeling you got when you achieve one of your goals? More importantly, having a fitness plan laid out means that you never lose track of what you've set out to do. A comprehensive fitness plan will also include keeping track of less obvious element of fitness, such as your sleep, hydration and nutrition. While you don't necessarily need to focus on these elements to the degree that an elite athlete or a bodybuilder would, you're more likely to meet your fitness or weight loss goals if you're well-rested, well-hydrated and properly nourished. Keeping track of these small details helps you make more conscious of them on a day-to-day basis.
