18.01.2022 Parkour Timetable: Term 3, 2020 This term sees the return of Erindale sessions on Mondays and Fridays, home school sessions Tuesdays and Wednesdays and an extended time for Freerunning Fridays which it's now 90 minutes! The first week back has been a blast ... Thank you for your continued support.

18.01.2022 PARKOUR : Max vaulting into a climb-down. Last Saturday was the coldest session I've ever run. A few brave souls came out in the snow to have some fun.... It should only get warmer from here, right? See more

18.01.2022 PARKOUR : Cyrus striding into his biggest precision jump yet. Well done, mate! It often takes us multiple tries to work up the confidence to land a big jump. When you've landed it once you realise you could have done it all along and it was just your fear that stopped you from trying in the first place.

15.01.2022 PARKOUR : Dylan completing one of our parkour challenges; stride from block to block. Challenges are set, with small elements of risk, so that each person can continue to progress at their own pace whilst also practicing new and old skills.... Plus, I get to re-live the excitement from the first time I completed the challenge See more

09.01.2022 PARKOUR : Samuel practicing turn vaults at Tuggeranong skatepark. ACT Skateparks are a fantastic place to practice your parkour skills. There's a variety of ramps for practicing wall runs and climb ups, rails for balancing and vaulting, ledges for precision jumps and more. When was the last time you visited a skatepark?
