24.01.2022 *Attention Adelaide Trail Runners* Do you want to get better at running hills on the trails? Do you want to learn how to negotiate technical ascents and descents with speed and without injury? Do you want to become a stronger hill runner and not dread hills during your next race?... Starting this Thursday 16/6/16 at 6:45 am (yes early) I will be holding hill training sessions on a particularly tricky section of the infamous Black Hill in Athelstone. Meet at the end of Addison Avenue at 6:45am. I'll put a map in the comments. This will be a weekly thing for those that are keen to take their running to the next level. Don't be scared. 03.01.2022 As of right now I am taking a huge leap into something I have considered for a number of years - I am launching my coaching business. I have been running competitively for over 25 years and am now a Level 1 Certified Coach through Athletics Australia (soon to be Level 2). I have lived and breathed running for so much of my life that I am finally turning my passion into my career! I love running and want to share that passion and enthusiasm with others. So if you have the sli...ghtest inkling that maybe you would like to be a runner or if you are already a runner who wants to take their running to the next level, send me a message and I'll help you out with a highly personalised training plan (from 5km to ultra marathons) and advice that will give you the tools to become one of those 'crazy' runners.
