14.01.2022 JUST ANNOUNCED: The first Sweat Lodge for Spring is coming 15th September! A Native American Sweat lodge is a ceremonial purifying ritual that focuses on releasing emotions and thoughts that no longer serve you. It’s purpose is to rejuvenate the physical and emotional mental state. After a pow-wow ceremony (drumming and chanting), you will be shown the fundamentals of the Native American medicine wheel, fire offerings, spiritual teachings and then crawl into the sweat lodg...e dome. 11.01.2022 * Hello everyone, Unfortunately on Friday 4th October a Fire Ban notice was issued for the Gold Coast Region for the 5th 10th October. Due to this unforeseen fire ban, this Sunday's Sweat Lodge Experience has had to be postponed. As part of the Sweat Lodge experience the volcanic rocks that are used to heat the sweat lodge are heated over a naked flame (fire pit). With the current restrictions we are not able to heat the rocks in this way and give an authentic sweat lodge e...xperience. Ultimately, our preference is always to not risk the safety of the people and animals that we share the land with and we respect the restrictions and advice of local authorities.
