24.01.2022 As 2019 comes to an end I thought it would be appropriate to thank you all for your support over the year and welcome some of our newer friends to Running Wild. We offer a great series of coastal and Alpine runs in Victoria, starting with the Kilcunda half marathon and 8/17 km fun runs in early February. More information on our trail series can be found at runningwild56.net.au. Have a great break and hope to see many of you in the new year
23.01.2022 Ok, Razorback 44km runners. Parks Vic have just advised that Bon Accord Spur has NOT been cleared, expect fallen trees and lots of growth over the track. Highly recommend gaiters. Bogong Equipment have 11 pairs of Moxie gaiter - great for running in, RRP $55
22.01.2022 Parks Victoria have confirmed that this years Prom Mystery run will go ahead as scheduled. Sadly some tracks are still closed but now many runners will see areas not previously visited or only seen in the dark (and you don’t see much in the dark )

17.01.2022 Well the fires are just about all out so it’s time to pack the car, throw in the kids, runners and togs and head down to Lakes Entrance, stunning early morning running through the bush and along the beach, or head up to Baw Baw for some great Alpine running on 29 Feb/01 March
17.01.2022 Well I had hoped to reopen entries for the Prom Run and Darby River on 17/18 October on 1 July, sadly though with the re-imposition of Covid 19 restrictions I have decided to hold off opening up entries again until 01 August. If you are interested, set aside the date for what is without doubt Australia's best coastal half marathon, marathon and ultra course - 10/21/44/60/80/100km. Hope to see many of you down there - stay safe. Oh and there are points towards UTMB! NB - For those wanting to enter the Alpine Challenge - 10/16/25/42/60/100/160km - online entries are open
