14.01.2022 Been awhile! Kept running through December & January! Always important to keep going! Don't stop! Parkrun has always kept me motivated! Visited Greenway parkrun, and just yesterday ran Burley Lake Parkrun! Beautiful! Did a sub 25minute parkrun last week! 2018 goals - sub 23min 5km, sub 48min 10km & sub 70min city2surf! Bring on 2018! Had a bit of time off from the gym - back into next week!

08.01.2022 Great mini WOD 5RT (5cal bike, 10deadlifts, 10 wallballs) + handstand walking!



05.01.2022 Nice workout today! Deadlifts 3x10 Strict BB Press 4x8 & Bent over BB rows 4x8. WOD 'Andy' & then some fooling around with pullups & toes to bars!
