21.01.2022 Thanks to Josh and the team at Elite Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic for again supporting our run Josh and the team have generously donated 4x 30 minute massage vouchers for us to give to four lucky runners. We will randomly select four bib numbers this afternoon and the winners can collect their voucher from us tomorrow! Keep an eye out on Facebook for the lucky numbers. ... 13.01.2022 There are always lots of thank you’s after Run with Dad, but I want to make special mention of Ian and Anne Marie Fullerton from Darwin Runners Walker Inc. These two give up so much of their time to ensure running events happen around the Top End. Put simply, we couldn’t organise Run with Dad without them. 13.01.2022 Meet Ruby. Ruby is the NT’s only dedicated full time prostate cancer nurse. We couldn’t think of a lovelier person than Ruby to be helping families during difficult times and each year we are so proud to have our fundraising efforts go towards funding her position. We asked Ruby to share a little bit about herself! Read on below 1 What do you like most about your job?... Working as a prostate cancer specialist nurse for the Top End Health Service is such a privilege and an honour to care, coordinate and provide education, emotional and psychosocial support to men and their families whose lives have been impacted by prostate cancer. The greatest reward of my job is knowing that every day I make a difference in people’s lives, which gives me a great sense of purpose and fulfilment. 2 What is your favourite thing about living in Darwin? I love Darwin’s cultural diversity, the relaxing way of living and the love for the great outdoors. 3 Who do you most look up to? I look up to my mother who have always been there for me and my siblings. She instilled good values in us which helps us to be become the best version of ourselves. 4 If you could trade places with anyone for a day who would it be? I would like to trade places with my daughter as this would give me the chance to see life through her eyes and to give me reassurance that she feels happy and loved.

It's been a tough year and we couldn't be more grateful to local businesses and community for putting your hand in your pocket and supporting our cause. 05.01.2022 The highly coveted Run with Dad memorial trophies, named in honour of two absolute legends who battled cancer like warriors- Rod Woolf and Campbel Giles. We will be running and walking for prostate cancer and men’s health this Father’s Day but we will also be honouring all those wonderful men and women we we have lost to cancer
