04.01.2022 Ruoccos would like to update all of our customers on our approach and measures that we are taking in dealing the current COVID-19 crisis. In these difficult and uncertain times, we have decided that we are going to stay open as long as we can, unless otherwise advised by the Australian Government. Being a small business heavily dependent on our regular local trade, closing our doors will have severe repercussions on our employees and their families. Therefore we are taking t...he following measures to ensure our customers and employees health, safety and hygiene is our main priority. We will be reducing our seating capacity to a maximum of 85 patrons at any point in time, effective immediately. Being a 275-seater restaurant, we would like to assure our customers that our large venue has ample space to allow the minimum of 1.5m social distancing. We have also put in place protocols to increase the sanitisation of all surfaces regularly. All of our employees have been asked to not attend work if they show any signs of illness until they are fully cleared by a medical practitioner. We would like to ask our customers to practice the same courtesy and respect for our employees and other patrons by not coming into the restaurant if you suspect that you may have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone that is ill. We are pleased to announce that we will be providing a free non-contact delivery service to the residents of Fremantle, White Gum Valley, Beaconsfield, South Fremantle, Hilton, Hamilton Hill and North Coogee, from 4.30pm to 9.30pm. We encourage you to use this free service to help keep the hospitality industry alive while we all do our part in flattening the COVID-19 curve. We will be monitoring advice and recommendations from the government and health experts to keep you updated on any further changes.
