21.01.2022 Now in store bioDOGradable dog waste bags. Certified compostable and earth friendly Not a Plastic Bag. bioDOGradable bags are made from a new generation material called a bioplastic. The bioplastic compound is created from non-GMO cereal flour (maize) and biodegradable polymers. The proprietary material that makes up the bags is biodegradable; it is plant-based and produces non-toxic by-products, such as humus (the organic compound of soil).... bioDOGradable bags are designed to be composted in a backyard composter, or taken to a local facility that has a biosolid composter and allows dog waste. Please check with your local council. Because bioDOGradable bags are made from biobased renewable resources, even if the bags end up in landfill, they can degrade in anaerobic (sealed landfill) conditions of traditional landfills and degrade at the same rate as other natural/organic compounds found in the landfill, such as paper, yard waste, or food.
