23.01.2022 The Rural City of Murray Bridge continues to carry out an extensive range of infrastructure work this week. Improvements are being made to the entrance of Jervois Combined Sporting Club site. Line marking is scheduled for Pope Road and Avoca Dell Car Park. Kerbing is being replaced on Kintore Avenue. Bollards will be replaced at Mason Street Wellington and Oak Avenue Murray Bridge this week’s photo features newly installed bollards at Rotary Jubilee Park.... Swanport Reserve is receiving a new picnic shelter. A new 2.5 metre wide shared use footpath is being built on Hindmarsh Road, between Homburg Drive and Fraser Avenue. Earthworks for stages 5 & 6 of the Adelaide Road Linear Park project are reshaping the parkland. Hoadville Road pavement is being reconstructed under the Drought Communities Program funding - asphalt and sealing works are scheduled for December. Preparation is underway for the installation of a new public toilet at the Adelaide Road Cemetery. Weather may delay any scheduled works. Please pay attention to speed restrictions at worksites. 14.01.2022 The Rural City of Murray Bridge is undertaking an extensive range of infrastructure works this week. A new concrete walking path is being built through the Adelaide Road Linear Park as part of stages 5 & 6 of the project. As part of the Willow Road reconstruction, storm water infrastructure is being laid between Charles and Wattle Streets. Work continues on a new toilet block at Murray Bridge Cemetery - similar to the one in Adelaide Road Linear Park. The old toilets w...ill be demolished once the new one is finished. A new 2.5 meter wide shared use, all weather footpath, is being laid on Hindmarsh Road, between McQuarrie Street and Hume Avenue. New kerbing is going in on the Adelaide Road Service Road, between Bremer and Ronald Roads. Weather may delay any scheduled works. Please watch for speed restrictions at worksites.
